HOW IT WORKS


Step 1

TELL US WHAT'S WRONG

Describe what is wrong with your device. If you are unsure, request a FREE diagnostic and we will inform you which repair is right for you.

Step 2

PLACE DEVICE IN THE BOX

Insert your device into the specifically designed, secure box and FoxPaw will pick up your device for immediate repair. An e-mail notification is sent to you that provides your unique order number needed for pick-up.

Step 3

WE'LL FIX IT FAST

Your device will be repaired quickly by our expert technicians. Devices dropped off before 1pm will be available at 6pm. Devices dropped off after 1pm will be available for pick-up the next business day after 1pm.

Step 4

REPAIRED DEVICE READY FOR PICK-UP

If at anytime you have questions about the process or want to know the status of your device, FoxPaw can be contacted at (855) 874-4040.

NOTE: Due to large volume and limited kiosk space, we ask that you pick up your device within 6 hours after it was returned to the kiosk. If you are unable to do so, please contact us at (855) 874-4040.


*Repair times vary based on damage to device and does not include water damage repair. In the event that FoxPaw is awaiting customer approval to repair device, repair time is dependent upon the time that the customer responds.
